Shipping Policies
Prestige Hospitality Solutions is a division of Kwickway Products Corp. (the “Shipper). By placing an order you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
We try to maintain stock of items displayed or described on our website but from time-to-time we may be not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you about the timing for delivery of any items, and obtain your agreement to that timing or offer you the opportunity not to place your order.
2. Payment
Prior to shipping, payment to Kwickway Products Corp. for items purchased must be received in the form of a cheque drawn from a certified financial institution, a Bank money order, or by VISA or MC. Subject to credit approval, payment arrangements may be made for 30 days from date of order, in which case items will be shipped on approval of credit.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be included with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
4. Returns
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed in the form of credit toward a future purchase. We will notify you via email once this has been completed. Please note, Kwickway Products Corp. will refund the value of the goods returned less 10% restocking fee but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
5. Delivery Terms
5.1 Transit Time US & Canada
In general, for orders shipped throughout the U.S. and Canada shipments are in transit for 2 - 4 days. Unless otherwise stipulated, Kwickway will choose the shipping method and provider.
5.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped outside the US and Canada are in transit for 4 - 22 days. Unless otherwise stipulated, Kwickway will choose the shipping method and provider.
5.3 Dispatch Time
In stock orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except statutory holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
5.4 Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
5.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Kwickway Products Corp. will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
